Delivery Charges
Our delivery charges are automatically calculated in the shopping cart based on the value of your order. We have based these charges on value, weight and size of parcels, prices also include packaging costs.
Orders are usually sent out using Royal Mail Tracked48 (from £3.95) which aim to deliver within 2 working days or Tracked24 (from £4.95) which aim to deliver next working day, unfortunately there may be delays which are out of our control & have been known to take up to 2 weeks in some cases.
Orders over 2Kg or high value orders may be sent out in multiple parcels or sent using an alternative courier.
Note: Payments received via PayPal, can only be shipped to your registered PayPal address that comes through with your order, so please make sure you have your correct address registered with PayPal before ordering If you don't wish to use PayPal, we also accept payment credit or debit card using stripe payments or via bank transfer, unfortunately we cannot take payments over the phone.
Dispatch
Under normal circumstances we dispatch orders within 1-2 working days, but if your order contains made to order items please allow an additional 1-5 days to process your order.
International Delivery Charges
Please contact us with your exact order details (a screenshot of your shopping cart is usually the easiest) and delivery address, as delivery charges vary according to size, weight, value and destination of your parcel. Do not place order without contacting us first for price, also note you are responsible for any customs & VAT charges that your country may apply on entry.
