20.8mm Vertical Casting Moulds

As well as our standard 135mm & 150mm Vertical Casting moulds, we now also have a 215mm version with custom & kitless pen makers in mind.

6 blanks @ 20.8mm diameter x 135mm long (+ 5mm to allow for compression/shrinkage under pressure)
Approx 63ml resin per cavity.
External dimensions 69mm x 102mm x 155mm

Approx 70ml resin per cavity.

Note: a pressure pot is highly recommended when using these moulds, also a compressor air blow gun makes de-moulding much easier.

We recommend that you use our Vertical Mould Demoulding Tools with these moulds to help prevent damaging the mould when removing blanks.

All our silicone moulds are manufactured using Addition/Platinum cure silicone.

Any moulds showing as 'out of stock' can still be ordered, and will be made to order, usually within 1-3 working days.
