Extra Long Double Pen Blank Mould
This extra long double pen blank mould has been made specifically with custom and kitless pen turners in mind. You can cast two matching blanks in one go, then saw down the centre, ideal for matching pen sets. We've also added an extra 3mm on the width for the kerf of the saw blade.
This mould would also be suitable for making knife scales, by filling the mould to the required level then slicing in half on a bandsaw, you can make matching bookends.
1 cavity @ 20mm x 43mm x 215mm (+5mm on height to prevent spillages)
Approx 185ml resin per cavity to fill line.
External dimensions 35mm x 75mm x 245mm
Note: Mould has a handy indicator line to enable you to fill to the right level.
All our silicone moulds are manufactured using Addition/Platinum cure silicone.
We have now used up all our Silicone, so please Do Not order more moulds than is showing as in stock, once they’ve gone they’ve gone for good
