25mm x 50mm Casting Moulds
These 25mm x 50mm Double Moulds are available in various lengths and are ideal for casting up to 25 thick blanks (note internal dimensions are 30mm x 50mm to allow an additional 5mm clearance to prevent spillages).
You can cast two matching blanks in one go, then saw down the centre, ideal for matching pen sets. This mould would also be suitable for making knife scales, by filling the mould to the required level then slicing in half on a bandsaw, you can make matching bookends.
These moulds contain a removable silicone bung which makes de-moulding easier so there should be no need to dismantle the mould.

Approx amount of resin required for each cavity filling to 25mm:
130mm long - 163ml
150mm long - 188ml
180mm long - 225ml
200mm long - 250ml
220mm long - 275ml
Due to the vast range of moulds and different size options we offer, we have decided to reduce our stock and move over to making them to order (usually within 1-3 working days). If it isn’t showing any stock levels it is now made to order.
