45mm x 45mm Casting Moulds

These 45mm x 45mm Casting Moulds are available in various lengths and are ideal for casting up to 45mm thick blanks (note internal dimensions are 50mm x 45mm to allow an additional 5mm clearance to prevent spillages).

These moulds contain a removable silicone bung in each cavity which makes de-moulding easier so there should be no need to dismantle the mould.

180mm long (external dimensions 70mm x 75mm x 204mm)
200mm long (external dimensions 70mm x 75mm x 224mm)

Approx amount of resin required for each cavity:
130mm long - 264ml
150mm long - 304ml
180mm long - 365ml
200mm long - 405ml
220mm long - 446ml

We have now used up all our HDPE, so please Do Not order more moulds than is showing as in stock, once they’ve gone they’ve gone.
