2 Cavity 20mm x 43mm Double Pen Blank Moulds
These 2 Cavity 20mm x 43mm Double Pen Blank Moulds are available in various lengths and are ideal for casting 20mm thick blanks (note internal dimensions are 25mm x 43mm to allow an additional 5mm clearance to prevent spillages and an extra 3mm on the width for the kerf of the saw blade).
You can cast two matching blanks in one go, then saw down the centre, ideal for matching pen sets. This mould would also be suitable for making knife scales, by filling the mould to the required level then slicing in half on a bandsaw, you can make matching bookends.
These moulds contain a removable silicone bung which makes de-moulding easier so there should be no need to dismantle the mould.

Approx amount of resin required for each cavity:
130mm long - 112ml
150mm long - 129ml
180mm long - 155ml
200mm long - 172ml
220mm long - 189ml
