4 Cavity 18mm x 18mm Pen Blank Moulds
These 4 Cavity Pen Blank Moulds are available in various lengths and are ideal for casting narrower 18mm x 18mm blanks, saving a substantial amount of resin compared to 20mm moulds (note internal dimensions are 23mm x 18mm to allow an additional 5mm clearance on the height to help prevent spillages).
Can also be used in conjunction with our new 18mm Tube-In-Mould Plugs for Label/Tube casting. Our 'one size fits all' plugs are suitable for casting 7mm Slimline tubes up to Omega/Mistral cap Tubes. For larger tubes we recommend using our 20mm moulds & Tube-In-Mould Plugs, or our dedicated Less-Resin moulds.
With our 180mm long mould you can easily get 3 pens such as Sierras or two of the long tube kits from a single blank, or if using for Tube-In-Mould casting you can fit 2 tubes in each cavity with most pen kits.
We also have a 200mm long version with thinner end panels, so that it will fit into the 10l pressure pots from the likes of Spray Equipment & House of Resin.
Plus a 220mm long version with kitless & custom pen turners in mind, we can even make longer moulds as a special order if required (note: these will not fit a standard 10l pressure pot)

These moulds contain a removable silicone bung in each cavity which makes de-moulding easier so there should be no need to dismantle the mould (180mm and longer have two bungs in each cavity which aids demoulding when Label/Tube casting 2 tubes per cavity).

Due to the vast range of moulds and different size options we offer, we have decided to reduce our stock and move over to making them to order (usually within 1-3 working days). If it isn’t showing any stock levels it is now made to order.
