2 Cavity 20mm x 20mm Pen Blank Moulds

These 2 Cavity Pen Blank Moulds are available in various lengths and are ideal for casting 20mm x 20mm blanks (note internal dimensions are 25mm x 20mm to allow an additional 5mm clearance on the height to help prevent spillages). Can also be used in conjunction with our Tube-In-Mould plugs for Label/Tube-In-Mould casting.

With our 180mm and 200mm long moulds you can easily get 3 pens such as Sierras or two of the long tube kits from a single blank, or if using for Tube-In-Mould casting you can fit 2 tubes in each cavity with most pen kits.

We also have a 220mm long version with kitless & custom pen turners in mind, we can even make longer moulds as a special order if required.

These moulds contain a removable silicone bung in each cavity which makes de-moulding easier so there should be no need to dismantle the mould.

130mm long - 52ml
150mm long - 60ml
180mm long - 72ml
200mm long - 80ml
220mm long - 88ml
