4 Cavity 20mm x 20mm Pen Blank Moulds
These 4 Cavity Pen Blank Moulds are available in various lengths and are ideal for casting 20mm x 20mm blanks (note internal dimensions are 25mm x 20mm to allow an additional 5mm clearance on the height to help prevent spillages). Can also be used in conjunction with our Tube-In-Mould plugs for Label/Tube-In-Mould casting.
With our 180mm long mould you can easily get 3 pens such as Sierras or two of the long tube kits from a single blank, or if using for Tube-In-Mould casting you can fit 2 tubes in each cavity with most pen kits.
We also have a 200mm long version with thinner end panels, so that it will fit into the 10l pressure pots from the likes of Spray Equipment & House of Resin.
Plus a 220mm long version with kitless & custom pen turners in mind, we can even make longer moulds as a special order if required (note: these will not fit a standard 10l pressure pot)

These moulds contain a removable silicone bung in each cavity which makes de-moulding easier so there should be no need to dismantle the mould.

130mm long - 52ml
150mm long - 60ml
