40mm x 40mm Casting Moulds

These 40mm x 40mm Casting Moulds are available in various lengths and are ideal for casting up to 40mm thick blanks (note internal dimensions are 45mm x 40mm to allow an additional 5mm clearance to prevent spillages).

These moulds contain a removable silicone bung in each cavity which makes de-moulding easier so there should be no need to dismantle the mould.

Approx amount of resin required for each cavity:
130mm long - 208ml
150mm long - 240ml
180mm long - 288ml
200mm long - 320ml
220mm long - 352ml

We have now used up all our HDPE, so please Do Not order more moulds than is showing as in stock, once they’ve gone they’ve gone.
